An easy one to look into is plastic in the ocean and ways people are making it worse or better. There is also that thing about bees being in danger. You could also look into deforestation.

I feel like you could take a technical approach and talk about the positives of social media and its help with local small businesses especially right now. small business are dependent on costumers and the best way to expose them selfs is through social media
