Answer: Loyalty Review Board was a program to root out communist influence in the U.S. federal government

HUAC was a committee that investigated Communist activities in the United States

LRB was important for democracy because some people were considering the communism. It was an order to eliminate communist in the US.

HUAC was accusations without regard for evidence.

People were always scared. So many cases of people being wrongly accused of being Communists.
