How attitude and conflict affect communication?
klemol [59]
Attitude and conflict effect communication in several ways. I have learned that when we reach conflict we have two options, resolution, or retaliation. People are reluctant to show forgiveness because they do not want to be hurt again. The main part of attitude within conflict that damages relationships is being a control communicator. But I have learned that people don't care how much you know untill they know how much you care. Attitude is everything in any relationship wanting to have effective communication. Sometimes we have to choose reolution to effectivley communicate, we are all human and have different perspcetives on life, no one is going to completely agree on everything so coming to acceptance the things which we cannot change is vital in communication and being effective in portraying it.
Hope this helps, if you need more help or further explanation just let me know!! :)

Why does madame schachter scream? why does she later become silent and withdrawn?
Anvisha [2.4K]
She is in the same train car as Eliezer, during their deportation to Auschwitz. She was separated from her husband and two older sons, but is accompanied by a younger son. During that journey she loses her mind. She begins to hysterically scream about a flaming furnace that she sees in the distance. This is terrifying the other people, so she is beaten by some younger men trying to silence her, repeatedly. I think all that made her become silent and withdrawn.
