The Articles of Confederation gave Congress the power to govern foreign affairs, conduct war and regulate currency; however, in reality these powers were sharply limited because Congress had no authority to enforce its requests to the states for money or troops.

Instar is the name given to the developmental stage of an arthropod among molts. for example, after hatching from the egg an insect is said to be in its first instar. When the insect molts it's far from the 2nd instar and so on. Instar may be used for bugs present process whole and incomplete metamorphosis.
