Answer:

Kate Chopin introduces the reader to her protagonist not by her first name but as "Mrs. Mallard" in "The Story of an Hour.”

Explanation:

The character Louise Mallard’s husband had died in a train accident. She was happy that she was free but she was paranoid about it as she wasn’t aware of what to do with her newfound freedom. Not being able to cope up with this happiness and her shock of being free she died of a heart attack. Chopin introduced the character as “Mrs. Mallard” as she was denied of her own identity for a very long time.

In "The Story of an Hour", by Kate Chopin Louise Mallard died of a heart attack brought on by happiness after seeing his husband coming home (she had heart trouble), when she thought he was dead because of a train accident. This character was introduced as “Mrs. Mallard” because she was denied her own identify for a long time.

What does Elrond do after the Council meets?
Wittaler [7]
Elrond gathers all the representatives who've shown up all at the same time, to a large outdoor patio, and calls on each to entail why they've come. The following, part of a longer talk by Elrond still gives me chills when I read it, and it's SO something that should've made the films, yet did not:

The Ring! What shall we do with the Ring, the least of rings, the trifle that Sauron fancies? That is the doom that we must deem.

'That is the purpose for which you are called hither. Called, I say. though I have not called you to me, strangers from distant lands. You have come and are here met, in this very nick of time, by chance as it may seem. Yet it is not so. Believe rather that it is so ordered that we, who sit here, and none others, must now find counsel for the peril of the world.

The fact that all present felt compelled to go to Imladris, yet no one asked or invited them. I love that part.....it is the quinessential bit that gives meaning or purpose for the Council of Elrond. Al the rest is in answer to it.

It is a pretty long and detailed telling of each representative or group who showed up....and you need to read it. If that chapter doesn't get you hooked on Tolkien's written source material at least as much as the films, nothing will.

Vincent's frustrated. He feels he doesn't fit in, or that he isn't good enough like his brother. I'm not great at wording things but, the answer is frustration.
