You "Baptize" them, but you do it for 15 minutes straight and you don't take their head out of the water. Even if they fight it just push them deeper and if there's some sort of stone or anything around you just smack them with it a couple times in the head. If you see red liquid its okay, just make sure they don't move, and then "heal them" in the name of Jesus.

Older adults have a lot of prohibition when it comes to food. For example, sweets. Sweets are the cause of diabetes that older adults most likely avoid. Eating a lot of sweets may cause one body to gain and have high blood pressure, heart disease, weight gain, and many other health conditions. These are the unwanted conditions of older adults that is why they most likely tend to have food insecurities.
