Buenas a todos! 
Hoy me gustaría hablarles sobre un plato que me fascinó cuando fui a comer a un restaurante español. El plato es de Guatemala y se llama Pollo a la cerveza. Tal y como dice su nombre, se trata de pollo cocinado con cerveza y especies típicas del país. Estaba buenísimo, es de los mejores platos que he probado nunca! Al principio me daba un poco de miedo probarlo porque mis amigos me dijeron que no les había gustado, pero ellos se lo perdían. Les recomiendo a todos ustedes a que lo prueben, no se van a arrepentir. Es como comer nubes en el cielo. Era como comer el pavo del Día de Acción de Gracias, ¡pero muchísimo mejor!
