To me, the use of bright colours and simplistic yet clear incorporation of symbolism stands out to me. You can see the comic uses rather mainstream comic techniques, for instance; frames, characters, a signature, a punch line and so on.

In photography what wavelengths do we perceive as dark purple violet?
expeople1 [14]

Within the visible light of the electromagnetic spectrum are still more wavelengths. Each wavelength is perceived by our eyes as a different color. The shorter wavelengths of visible light are violet — we might call them purple. Then as the wavelengths get longer and longer, the visible light changes in color to blue, green, yellow, orange, and finally the longest, which is red.

Some animals can see waveslengths of light that humans cannot. Those waveslengths would be just outside the edges of human visible light. For example, insects can see ultraviolet waves — waves just before purple on the electromagnetic spectrum. But we are not able to see these. At the same time, there are colors of red that insects are unable to see, but that humans can.

Hope this helps :)

How did the artist create contrast in this artwork?
Harman [31]
Hi Klaffytaffyyt, you're answer to this question would be B. Light values next to dark values. The reason it would be this is because if you notice, There are no Primary colors next to secondary colors. Shapes next to forms? Not exactly, there are other answers that better suit this question. But B tells us that there are light values next to dark values which is true! I can't really make out what the image is, it is too small, but it looks like some sort of bar. There is light shining on the inside which contrasts with the darkness outside.
Hope I was able to help! Goodluck! :)
