If you go into a music store, you’ll see a selection of commercially made guitars—meaning a specific guitar manufacturer (such as Fender) designed and manufactured the instrument. But in Africa, people have skills to create guitars themselves!
When it comes to guitar, there are different brands and types out there in the market which depends on the various needs of the people. In Africa, the most commonest ones used is the acoustic guitar. This is because, it is very easy to play since it is made up of strings.
<em>On the other-hand, electric guitar is used in Western countries due to the availability of light and simplicity of the produced model. It is usually connected to external speaker which helps to magnify the sounds that emanates from it.</em>
