if by fluff you mean make it more detailed than there are many ways, adding things instead of don't you write do not, you add phrases instead of one words for example instead of determined you right a strong feeling of wanting to accomplish things, you can add more info with brackets, colons, semi colons, dashes... add more points, even if its small or big or useless, tie them together they might make a difference
