To the Constitution, the government is bound to ensure these values are upheld and honored by its people. Whether or not the Government maintains these freedoms and rights is, however, a debate. Known as a country where people are free, slavery, malpractice, war, and other injustices and racism do exist. With its intent clear, the United States was created with a vision of guaranteeing these provisions, however, as in every culture, ideas and liberties are often adapted and changed.
