Its tricky to say , because Germany was in debt because of sanctions imposed to them after World War I, and one of Hitler's proposals was that he could take Germany out of this debt.

However, a worldwide economic crisis could've pushed Hitler campaign even further, helping him rise to power.

It's impossible to affirm that it wouldn't have happened, had there not been a world crisis, but it sure had some impact on his rise to power, since he used, among other things, a speech of improving Germany's economy for campaigning.
