For starters, some victims would be too scared to prosecute people due to threats or fear of retribution. Many people could go unpunished this way. Another big thing would be that criminals could hurt anyone who could prosecute them, so there wouldn't be a victim that could do it.

What are differences between high income, middle income, and low income countries?
zloy xaker [14]

Answer:

The main difference is that you would not live the same life in a low-income country as you would live in a higher income country.

For example lets take India and US

Most of the people in India would not able to afford an Audi but the people in the US would be able to afford one as it is cheaper and also have less taxes

At which part of the eye are focused images mostly accurately conveyed to the brain
Lerok [7]
Images are focused by the lens onto the retina which is a face at the back of the eye upon which light sensitive cells (rods and cones) convert the incident light into electrical signals that are transmitted to the brain.

The fovea is a pit directly behind the lens on the retina that contains a concentration of light sensitive, closely packed cones (colour sensitive cells) and is responsible for sharp central vision.

What is conservatism? (What, who, when, why)
VMariaS [17]

What:

Conservatism, super simply put, is a political ideology that aims to restore or "conserve" past traditions, values, and systems. This can vary in different countries to their aspects that the citizens hope to conserve.

Who:

Some key individuals who have ideas that conservatives in the United States generally agree with include:

  • John Locke (very important)
  • Edmund Burke
  • Pretty much all the founding fathers

When:

Like I said, conservatives hope to keep relatively the same. In the U.S., how the United States was set up (i.e. late 1700s) is a key era. Most political philosophers conservatives agree with were present and were key members of the French Revolution (1790s).

Why:

The basic phrase "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" sums it up about right!
