I believe so because Gatsby was a wealthy man who was poor at first and worked his way to become rich (aka at the top) and the woman he loved was also rich and had a high class. The poorer people were lower class in the book/movie as well

Answer:

Wealth is a very important factor

Explanation:

Money is a crucial part of the main characters' lives. The big difference for Gatsby is all the money and parties are not for their own sake. Unlike Daisy he is not especially moved by what she calls a life of sophistication.

All in the Family

Tom Buchanan, Daisy Buchanan, and Jordan Baker fall into the highest social class, enjoying the benefits of affluence, opportunities, and social respect. With family money to support them, they get to live their dreams without the burden of a mundane job
