This body composition will not, either, affect the percentage of daily water needed, as it is maintained stable by different mechanisms of response in the body, like sweating and urination. However, exercise, gender and age will affect the daily percentage as they are factors that determine how much water is needed for each of the two sexes, and how much water is lost, depending on muscle and fat mass, and definitely exercise levels.
