M∠A+ m∠B = ? How do you know this?
pychu [463]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

If m∠A + m∠B = m∠B + m∠C, subtract  m∠B from both sides  [ subtraction property of equality ].

We get that m∠A  = m∠C     and by the  symmetric property of equality,  m∠C = m∠A

The value of x is a third of the value of 45-10x
Mnenie [13.5K]

Answer:

x = 45/13, also x = 3 6/13

Step-by-step explanation:

is = equal sign

of = multiply

<u>Equation:</u>

x = 1/3 (45-10x)

To do this, you could easily do communitive property of multiplication, but to make it more understandable I will use reversing.

1. Simplify. Multiply - Divide.

x=\frac{45-10x}{3}

2. Factor out common term 5.

x=\frac{5(9-2x)}{3}

3. Multiply both sides by 3.

3x=5(9-2x)

4. Expand.

3x=45-10x

5. Add <em>10x</em> to both sides.

3x+10x=45

Simplify. <em>3x + 10x = 13x.</em>

13x=45

Divide both sides by 13.

x= \frac{45}{13}

Mixed Number = x=3\frac{6}{13}.

You can also use distributive property. The formula for this problem is: (\frac{1}{3} * 45) - (1/3*10x).

What is the square root of 8 and 9? Can you show some work plz and thank you!
atroni [7]

Step-by-step explanation:

Square root means that the number that if you divide it. The number that if you divide it. The number you get multiply it self, will give you the answer. 8 doesn't have a square root, because 2×2= 4,4×4= 16.so 8 doesn't have a square root. But 9 has. 1×1= 1,2×2= 4,3×3= 9.Square root of 9 is 3
