Also Federal Securities Act;Federal Housing Act; andNational Youth Administration. Aswell as the Glass-Steagall Act;creation of the FDIC and FSLIC;the Wagner Act; andthe Fair Labor Standards Act.

Answer: or  this question , I believe this decision is a step in the right direction because the First Amendment is a very important part to our Constitution and how our government is shaped. America is built on the idea of a democracy and that the people rule and have more say. The First Amendment plays a huge part in allowing that right to remain with the citizens. It is especially important around elections because during elections the people are choosing who will represent them in government and help influence the other branches to make specific changes. Allowing political expression increases the people’s confidence in the government
