The six areas of wellness are are physical (body functions), emotional (coping and expressing feelings), intellectual/mental  (recognize reality and coping), spiritual (sense of purpose), environmental (keeping the planet safe) and social health (interactions with others).  Our overall health is related to a balance of these six dimensions.
