Answer:

The most important goal of the amendment process, found in Article V of the Constitution, is to provide American people with a permanent protection against any irrational ratification or proposition of amendments.

Explanation:

This article gives a description of the process for modifying the U.S. Constitution. These alterations (amendments) are commonly introduced by the U.S. Congress or a national convention assembly, with the need of the support of at least 2/3 of various states's legislatures.

Answer:

The United States was independent on July 4th, 1776 with "The Declaration of Independence" or known as "The Fourth July". To build a sovereign country a constitution is needed. After many parliamentary trials, the United States finally have their own constitution. The people who made this constitution is known as "The Founding Father". "The Founding Father" are  John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, Samuel Adams, and James Madison. They are the figures of the Constitution of America. The first constitution is Bill Of Right which proposed on September 25th, 1789 and contain 10 points, these final ten became the first ten Amendments to the United States (U.S.) Constitution. In total there are 27 amendments that happened from 1789 until 1992. All of the amendment processes were included in the constitution of U.S, that's because of the framers of the constitution or known as the Founding Father didn’t want people in the future to be bound to the chains of the past, especially since they knew they could never account for every contingency and future problem in one document. In recent history, the signing of the certification has become a ceremonial function attended by various dignitaries, which may include the President.

Explanation:

A sue should be filed where the statute of limitations protects defendants. "One purpose of statute of limitations is to protect defendants from untimely litigation. Statute of limitations allow plaintiffs to pursue valid claims against defendants, but only when the plaintiffs exercise due diligence in timely filing the claims.

Once again, what is considered a timely filing of a claim will depend on the state where the claim is being filed and the type of claim being filed."

Damm [24]
This whole section of "To Kill a Mockingbird" explores very nicely and poignantly the theme of hypocrisy as the ladies of the Missionary Circle are concerned for the oppressed black people half way across the world but are not concerned and do not even acknowledge the oppression of the black people in their own town of Maycomb.
