Hello!

As you know, the Ring of Fire is a string of active and dormant volanic sites and seismic activity stretching from the Americas to Asia and down to Australia in the Pacific Ocean. This area has around 450 volcanoes (if not more) and is full of many trenches, which are deep and narrow excavations.

In this case the most likely cause of volanic activity in the area is best said to be b. The movemenet of mantle rock through the cracks between tectonic plates

These movements are also the same reason that explains the earthquakes that primarily occur in this region.

Hope this helps and if you need anymore clarifaction feel free to ask.

Does the economic gains outweigh the economic losses of deforestation
GarryVolchara [31]
I believe not but it really depends on the person's opinion. On one hand we have further industrialized the world at the cost of deforestation which is good for corporations but on the other hand lots of animals are losing their habitats which is fairly bad.

Hope this helps! :D

Help me out a bit! This may be a bit hard but still guys, you can do this question!!!!!!!!!
ra1l [238]

Layers of the soil are called horizons. Here are the horizons:

  • Humus
  • Topsoil
  • Subsoil
  • Fragmented rock
  • Bedrock

Once a soil has developed, it forms layers called horizons. Beneath a surface layer of a plant remains, the topsoil is rich in decomposed plants and animal matter. The subsoil is mainly mineral particles, with much less organic material. The fragmented rock/bedrock is primarily small stones, and beneath it lies all bedrock.

Hope this answer helps you!
