The Lend-Lease approach, formally titled An Act to Promote the Defense of the United States, was an American program to vanquish Germany, Japan and Italy by dispersing sustenance, oil, and materiel among 1941 and August 1945.  

Passed on March 11, 1941, this demonstration set up a framework that would enable the United States to loan or rent war supplies to any country regarded "crucial to the guard of the United States."  

Proposed in late 1940 and go in March 1941, the Lend-Lease Act was the key methods for giving U.S. military guide to remote countries amid World War II.

The loan rent program accommodated military guide to any nation whose barrier was crucial to the security of the United States. The arrangement along these lines enabled Roosevelt to loan arms to Britain with the understanding that, after the war, America would be paid back in kind.  

The Lend-Lease Act was passed by Congress on March 11, 1941. It gave that the president could deliver weapons, sustenance, or hardware to any nation whose battle against the Axis helped U.S. resistance. Loan rent propelled the United States to the edge of war.
