For the Arabs, it was more important that the constructions they erected were fast and did not pay much attention to the majestic and splendid, since as nomadic towns, they built small ranches with camel skins, which could be easily disassembled. This particularity was printed in its architectural style.

"Ornate and patterned" would be the best option when describing the architectural style of the Islamic Golden Age, although there were exceptions of course.
