Siccar point a rocky point situated near the Berwickshire on the eastern coast of Scotland. Famous for Hutton Unconformity in 1788. This point was the cite of dune and a small hill foot.

Being Located at 55°N 2°W of the equator it has a rugged topography with red sandstone. He wrote that later on, these rocks provided the fact to the natural laws and processes that operated in the universe have remained the same and apply to every part on the earth.
