Ukraine, 1986, the worst nuclear accident in history happened in Chernobyl. A nuclear power plant exploded after the manager didn't do use proper safety precautions on a test. It contaminated the water and the air that cause illnesses in humans such as brain damage and depression to miscarriage and birth defects
