Answer: Diction
Explanation: Punctuation and grammar only deal with structure and are completely independent of the choice of words, and lines are simply units of text whose length matters in poetry mainly. Diction (from where the word dictionary comes) is defined as the intentional choice of words to help convey a certain meaning or set a mood in a text.
Third Person omniscient means that the narrator can not only hear the protagonists thoughts but also everyone else. Therefore the story can be told from may different perspectives. Hope it helped :)
Setting and tone/mood can be seen to go hand in hand, so to
speak. For instance, a scene of a story
or poem that takes place in a field of flower on a bright and sunny day would
contribute to a tone of happiness. That
said, the time _1984_ occurs is in the future for the characters of the
novel. The place is London, and the
weather and color are, respectively, dreary and gray. Because
the future can never be known for sure, this uncertainty contributes to the
dystopian tone. Likewise, when one
thinks about the miserable nature for people that would be caused by a dystopian
society, bright and sunny are not what one might generally think. Setting
in _1984_ contributes to the tone of dystopia because when one pictures what a
dystopia might look like, smoggy, foggy, and gray are probably what come to
mind.
