  • 1st quadrant has all the values along axis are positive (x>0 , y>0)
  • In 2nd quadrant x axis contains negative values  and y axis contains positive values (x<0, y>0)  
  • In 3rd quadrant all values along x and y axis will be negative (x<0 and y<0)
  • And in 4th quadrant, the value along x axis will be positve and along y axis will be negative (x>0 and y<0)
