I would say that these are examples of pathetic appeal, since, by describing the British monarchy in such incendiary, drastic, and strong terms, Paine is trying to stimulate and engage his audience's feelings of rejection and anger towards that institution. Paine's audience was primarily made up of common people, who must have felt fascinated by his clear and unrestrained language and ideas.

4. List two genres of practical documents.

Two practical document genres are:1.  Documents that describe patents for new technologies and products. 2. Scientific articles that are published in scientific journals.

A genre is a class of documents that are similar to each other. Document genres are classified according to the social role of the articles i.e. they are classified according to which context and audience the documents are intended for. Research has shown that article genres reflect the nature of research in each genre. Using genres to describe the topic and content of the documents many improve the management and the retrieval of the documents.

5. give an example of spatial organization.

A spatial organization of information in paragraphs is also called descriptive writing. It is often used when a narrator wants to describe how something looks. For example, you can use this approach in descriptive essays about a person when you describe someone’s appearance, starting from the feet and moving up to the head.
