In my personal opinion, if you are simply telling them to back off because of the way they are acting, then it isn't name calling. If you are in a fight or argument and you are angry with the person for something, then it is probably just an emotional response and therefor simply name calling.

It depends on how you are doing so. if you say "you're a rude, ignorant pig" then you're calling them names
but if you say "you're being rude and ignorant" then you're describing them

Which group of colonist came to the colonies from england, under contract to work a certain number of years
musickatia [10]

There was a group of young european workers that came to America from early 17th to early 20th century. These inmigrants would get a contract to work for an american employer during a time period, usually between 1 to 7 years. They didn't get any wages for their work, the employer paid for their subsistance and their passage to the country, but that also meant that he could restrict some of their activities, they weren't completely free. After their contract expired, they were allowed to stay in the country and sometimes they would get a small parcel of land. They were called the Indentured servitude.

What changes did Henry II make to the English legal system and how did these changes affect feudalism?
Keith_Richards [23]
He strengthened royal courts by having the jury formally accuse a person of having committed a serious crime. He introduced the courts that were governed by the King and that would put subjects on trial, which weakened the feudal lords who had that power earlier.
