<h3><u>y + 9 = 10(x - 6) is the point-slope form of the equation of the line that passes through the points (6, -9) and (7, 1)</u></h3>

<em><u>Solution:</u></em>

<em><u>Given points are:</u></em>

(6, -9) and (7, 1)

<em><u>Let us find the slope of line</u></em>

m = \frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}

From given,

(x_1, y_1) = (6,-9)\\\\(x_2, y_2) = (7, 1)

Therefore,

m = \frac{1+9}{7-6}\\\\m = \frac{10}{1}\\\\m = 10

Thus slope of line is 10

<em><u>The point slope form of line is given as:</u></em>

y - y_1 = m(x-x_1)

Substitute m = 10 and (x_1, y_1) = (6, -9) in above

y + 9 = 10(x - 6)

Thus the equation of line in point slope form is found

Yuliya22 [10]
The probability would be 39.9%

The given probability states that 39.9% of the 3 years olds are in daycare. Therefore, it would be obvious to assume that if you randomly selected a 3 year old, that would be the probability that he/she is in daycare.

AURORKA [14]

Answer:

Well technically its inf due to the arrow, there  are no points showing where to start from and where to end

the way you do it it you just count the amount of units it goes up, in this case for every square its going up 5 units, once you get that number you put that on top of your fraction, then you go over on the x axis till you hit your line (x axis is going by 10 every time). This would be your number on the bottom of the fraction.

Ill do what I can see here
