The answer if I'm right is C. Parkinson's disease affects the nervous system, AIDs attacks the immune system and Flu is a lung problem.

Very likely A. Take a pill because people who are lactose intolerant take lactase before they ingest any sort of food with lactose. You would not have to avoid it that way and you would be able to still intake calcium through lactose/dairy products.
