I welcome you all to this meeting. As you all already know, we are experiencing low sales and as a result of this, we cannot maintain running costs and other expenditures that are necessary for the smooth functioning of this business.

As manager who have had over 12 years of experience, i am blessed to have such great employees as you who have performed their individual tasks to the best of their abilities -even though sometimes our best is not good enough- and for this i am proud.

One month from now, this business will be no more and it is painful because this was like my brain child and i assume it is the same for a number of you and i know that this would be tough on everybody, emotionally and financially but if we cannot keep overhead costs, there is no way to pay the workers, is there?
