Depending on the cause and specific location of the low back pain would depend on the rehabilitation process.
Yoga is a great alternative for pain control for all areas of the body while one gradually learns correct postures, positions, muscle control movements and breathing techniques. Movement in water is a great option for low impact movement. Losing fat is an obvious choice to reduce strain on joints, tendons and ligaments surrounding & supporting the back and hips. Lastly, in rehabilitation, avoid sitting for long periods during the day and stand supported to walk about.

Why are the many unique flavors we recognize not just tastes alone but a combination of sensations based on tastes, odors, touch
gavmur [86]

Answer:

This is because all incoming signals are integrated with other sensory signals and even memories to produce our perceptions

Explanation:

It should be understood that sensations are based on the activities of the sense organs. And all the sense organs possess the same sensory pathway which are

* Ability to sense or detect a stimulus

*  Detection of a stimulus is converted to a nerve impulse

* Signal from nerve impulse is conducted to the brain

*  Processing information is the sensation perceived in the brain.

It has also been noted that, the flavor sensation came from a combination of sensory stimuli which were detected by the gustatory cells, olfactory receptors, and also, touch and pain receptors.
