If the carrynig capacity of an area is 945, and it is carrying 1.100 individuals, what most likely will happen is that we'll see a decrease in the deers population, until it matches the carrying capacity. This will occur because there wont be enough resources available for all individuals.

Answer:

E.

2 -

The biotic and abiotic limitations are what determine the carrying capacity of a population. Which in other words is simply the amount of living and non-living things that can occupy an area.

If you get a wagon, and say the carrying capacity of that wagon is 100 people, you'll be counting the number of seats (number of people that can sit), the number of people that can stand plus non-living factors such as the space occupied by the seats, metal bars, etc.

Answer:

C.

Exploitation - you usually here this term being used with minerals in stuff, but it can also occur with animals through excessive hunting and poaching.

Invasive species - these are species that are introduced into an ecosystem they do not belong to, and therefore, most of the time cause a lot of damage and some of this damage can be irreveersible, like the extinction of species.

Answers:

B and C.

xeze [42]

The continued of Fresh kill landfill is not an adequate waste management strategy because, landfills cannot accommodate wate from a growing population for very long.

Adequate waste disposal strategy is often more concerned with limiting the health risk posed by inadequate disposal of refuse and waste. landfill are a portion of land which is assigned for refuse disposal such that it becomes inefficient as population builds up. Continous usage of landfill will also result in further pollution of the environment.

The cost of transportation and maintainance of incinerators are aligned to the economic consideration associated with the Fresh kill landfill.

Hence, the continued usage of the Fresh kill landfill shows inadequate waste management strategy as it cannot store trash from a growing population for too long.

Pneumonia is not a result of prolonged radioactivity exposure, most especially regarding the cause of death of Marie Curie. In fact, pneumonia is primarily caused by bacteria and viruses infecting our lungs most specifically the alveoli. This alveoli gets filled with fluid, like water, that would cause extreme coughs.
