Oxymorons are two words that should not go together as they produce a nonsensical construction that is still understood because of its figurative meaning. An example would be "The Bookful Blockhead, ignorantly read,

Don't forget the "the" haha, but yeah it's the top one because it's not a renaming, it's just part of the naming
The central idea is the same as the main idea. Most of the time, the main idea is mentioned in the Title. Without reading the essay, I do not know what the central/main idea is.
