The term Blitzkrieg appears to have been coined by a Time correspondent during the invasion of Poland, although Hitler himself used this word in a Nazi rally in Nuremberg in 1935. Attacks were organized in stacks or in waves. As soon as the first group of units had achieved their objective, the second and third would have gone further until they reached those assigned to them. After the various defeats, Hitler realized that the Blitzkrieg was no longer going well and then adopted other techniques
