Russia was the Allied power that lost the most territories after WWI. Russia lost Finland, Poland, the Baltic states and Bessarabia following the Treaty of Brest Litovsk in 1918.
Belarus, Ukraine, Crimea and Southern Caucasus including Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Don Cossacks all became independent or got absorbed by the Soviet Union.
