You have to take the reciprocal of 2/3 which is 3/2. So it’s 1/2 multiplied by 3/2 :)

When dividing by a fraction, it is the same as multiplying by the reciprocal (the fraction flipped)

\frac{1}{2}\div\frac{2}{3}=\frac{1}{2}\times\frac{3}{2}=\frac{3}{4}

3/4 is the answer.

Hope this helps!

Part A : How does the structure of the poem contribute to its meaning ? " love song, with two goldfish
PSYCHO15rus [73]

Answer:

B). The first three stanzas depict the growing love between the two fish, while the last two stanzas show why their love falls apart.

Explanation:

The poem 'Love song, with two Goldfish' authored by Grace Chua deals with a young love story of two goldfishes.

As per the question, option B displays that how the structure contributes to add meaning to the poem. The different stanzas have been employed to represent the different stages of the relationship. <u>The first three stanzas represent the developing attraction and love between the two goldfish while the last two depicts the isolation and unhappy ending of their young love story</u>. Thus, <u>option B</u> is the correct answer.

How can words change how a person feels about an everyday object or experience? Give an example
Luda [366]

Words can change how a person feels about an everyday object or experience by the adjectives describing it. For example, if you were looking at your toothbrush and someone described it as "bright, clean, and sturdy," all of those adjectives have positive connotations with them. However, if that same toothbrush was described as "wet, inflexible, and covered in toothpaste residue," the emotions surrounding that very same toothbrush have now shifted to something more negative.
