How is the mood of "To Build a Fire" reflected in the plot?
Kipish [7]

Mood is a key feature in literature since it allows the reader to feel identified  with the characters and the story. "To Build a Fire" by Jack London is the story of a man who despite of the bad weather conditions decides to make a journey. The mood and atmosphere is conveyed in this play by means of repetitive imagery. Hence, London uses a mood of loneliness in this story and it is reflected in the individualist attitude of the main character who decides to ignore the warnings given by others.
