12-year old Kathleen discovered her talent in dancing and that she wanted to spend money and buy costumes for dance lessons and competitions but her family couldn't. As we approached the float of my friend's house, I put down my briefcase with all my homework and jumped down onto the float with a line to help tie it up. Then when I looked up, my friend handed me my briefcase. This felt so good, that I was not forgetting my humble background and not acting superior but being what I was- a fisherman's son basically and primarily and secondarily a potential university student and that my friend appreciated my action.

When we do all the necessary elements to have a healthy lifestyle, our lives are going on the right path. Avoid the mobile- the biggest drawback of this generation is that they are obsessed with their mobile phones. Moreover, these phones cause many physical and mental problem for them. So, to avoid the negative effects of mobile the usage volume of them should be reduced.
Connecting with positive minds because the more you indulge with these people then less you will go to the negative side.
A healthy lifestyle has many benefits not only for the body but for the mind too. Also, if you follow a healthy lifestyle then you can reduce the risk of having cancer, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and osteoporosis.

Besides, it improves the relationships in the family. Most importantly, the person who lives a healthy lifestyle lives longer as compared to those who do not.
