Answer:

oppression of those suspected of dissent

Explanation:

Qin Shi Huang (or Shi Huangdi) was the first emperor of unified China and ruled from 246 to 210 BC. During the 35 years of his rule, Qin was responsible for magnificent and gigantic construction projects. It has led China to enormous cultural and intellectual growth as well as much destruction.

Whether Qin Shi Huang should be remembered for his creations or for his tyranny is still disputed, but everyone agrees that, as the first emperor of the Qin Dynasty, he was one of the most important rulers in the history of China. The oppression of suspects of dissent is considered the reason for the fall of the rapid centralization of power, similar to what happened with Qin Shih Huangdi.

Can someone tell what kind of energy tires sliding on pavement is when the brakes are applied. I'm pretty sure it is heat energy
Juliette [100K]
When the tyres are in contact with the pavement they are experiencing a constant force of kinetic friction. When the brakes on the moving vehicle are applied, a large force of friction is applied in the opposite direction of movement. This increase of friction can be calculated as energy lost. When the vehicle loses energy due to friction, the energy can be released not only as heat energy but as sound energy.

So you are partly correct in saying that it will be in the form of heat, but it can also be in the form of sound energy
