Not really sure but I think the answer is false. Third party politicians do have any significant impact on federal level elections. <span>In electoral politics, a </span>third party<span> is </span>any<span> party contending for votes that failed to outpoll either of its two strongest rivals.</span>

The points to peace were mostly about land issues and some were about general ways to peace. <span>These ideas were later used to help end the war and sign the Treaty of Versailles which included many of the 14 points. </span>
