When conducting an experiment on how stimuli are represented by the firing of neurons, you notice that neurons respond different

ly to different faces. For example, Arthur's face causes three neurons to fire, with neuron 1 responding the most and neuron 3 responding the least. Roger's face causes the same three neurons to fire, with neuron 1 responding the least and neuron 3 responding the most. Your results support coding. Group of answer choices 1. Specificity 2. Population 3. Convergence 4. Divergence

Answer:

Divergence

Explanation:

This happens because of the different genetic makeup or genotype of different individuals. The divergence mechanism occurs because of divergent evolution where in some cases random chances occurs and neurons became a source of stimulus for one but not other and vice versa.

In plant, cell that transport water against the force of gravity are found to contain many more mitochondria than do some other
Anna [14]
For this question I'm not too sure what you're asking because cells that transport water are basically xylem cells and these cells are hollow with nothing in them, and they transport water against gravity because of transpiration pull, capillary action and root pressure.
The cells that I know of with many mitochondria for transport would be the phloem so that the mitochondria can carry out cellular respiration to release energy for the translocation of sucrose.

Which layer in Figure 4-1 forms the cap rock for the oil trap?
aleksklad [387]
I am pretty sure that the layer in figure 4-1 which forms the cap rock for the oil trap is the layer F that shows an example of stratigraphic traps that includes unconformity, lens, pinch-out in which you can see how the oil is stuck inside the porosity of the rocks.
Do hope you will find it helpful! Regards.

A food handler does not need to worry about time and temperature
alukav5142 [94]
This statement is inaccurate because food handlers need to prepare food at the quickest rate possible. This is to prevent spoilage from happening because the changes in temperature in which the food is exposed has something to do with the development of certain kinds of bacteria that can be harmful to a person's health.
