I believe the answer is:  accept your weaknesses and, when possible, take action to create positive changes --- in beliefs and behaviors

People who fail to accept their weakness would most likely avoid making any effort to fix or protect it, which would most likely create disaster for their life some way in the future. By accepting the weakness, we can discard our ego and start to identify things that we can do to fix it or provide some sort of plan to handle/manage it.
