Stress is pretty much what gives us fear and flight or fight responses to that fear. Without we wouldn't have survived as a species. Also it will give us determineation at times., bringing us closer to our goals

To sum up, stress can be a way to find new solutions to your problems and improve personally. professionally and emotionally, of course you have to take it as a positive change and be optimist about it but if you take it in a negative way so you will get sick and tired all the time.
