Students should have free education because not everyone can afford school, and we want the general public to be smarter, which can be accomplished if everyone went to school
Students should not have free education because someone will still have to pay the teachers, so it would probably be paid for in taxes by other people who are not in school and are not benefiting financially from the free education.
