That slope is a B. Zero Slope.
You know this because you measure slopes through the gradient of a line.
The formula for this is:
Rise/Run
Rise is how far it moves up the y axis, and run is how far it goes through the x axis.
The rise of a straight line is 0, and the run of the straight line is infinite.
So, you can say that because anything divided by zero is zero, the slope of a horizontal straight line is 0!

marin [14]
An outlier for a data set is a number which stands out, meaning it is not close to the rest of the numbers. It can either be greater OR less than the rest of the numbers.

<span>23, 34, 27, 7, 30, 26, 28, 31, 34

Which number stands out from this data set?

Yep! 7. This is because it is not close to the other numbers, whereas the other numbers are closer to each other.

Distance Formula: \sqrt{(x_{2} - x_{1})^2 + (y_{2} - y_{1})^2}

Point 1: (9,0)

Point 2: (5,-8)

D = sqrt[ (5 - 9)^2 + (-8 - 0)^2 ]

D = sqrt[ (-4)^2 + (-8)^2 ]

D = sqrt[ 16 + 64]

D = sqrt(80)

Hope this helps!
