Answer:

well, being stressed can cause you to have stomach problems, and being depressed can cause you to be less active. making you loose the exercise needed. It has been proven that happier people are healthier than those who are unhappy. I guess it has something to do with the way our brain is wired. a book i recommend you take a look at is ''Rewire-ring the brain'' by John B Arden it has some things worth glancing over.

Answer:

Emotions can impact one's physical fitness and dietary practices in a positive or negative manner.

Explanation:

If you are happy and have a positive attitude, you're likely to feel good and participate in physical activity and observe good dietary practices.

However, emotions can also pose a negative impact on us.  Depression, for example, may lead one to stop eating, causing a negative impact on physical fitness.  Some people tend to over eat when they are bored or depressed which can lead to an increase in body fat.  An increase in body fat may lead to obesity (30% body fat), which results in serious negative health consequences.

Why is running so hard on the body
AleksAgata [21]
It's caused by a buildup of lactic acid, but is really a signal your muscle is using to let your brain know it's running out of energy. Eventually, you'll build up enough endurance that your muscles won't freak out so soon.
