Generally speaking, it says weather or not something is considered good or bad.

Many Claims of Value will just express tastes, different preferences, or inclinations which are not the correct subject of a pugnacious paper.

You can say that, in a way, they express endorsement or objection, endeavoring to demonstrate that some activity, conviction or condition is correct or wrong, fortunate or unfortunate, excellent or monstrous, advantageous or unwanted.

What quality of the locomotives does the consonance of the r sound in the sentence below suggest?
velikii [3]
The repetition of the r sound in "heaR", "Rushing", "RoaRing", and "shRill" suggests the image and sound of the train rushing past. When something fast moves by you, there's a rush of air that flies by, and this sound and movement of air, mixed with the grinding of the train on the tracks is meant to be represented by the 'r' sound, based on the consonance in the line.

Read the excerpt from "Opening Ceremonies of the New York and Brooklyn Bridge" by Hon. Seth Low, Mayor of the City of Brooklyn.
mr_godi [17]

Answer: The mayor commemorates and gives praise to those who were killed while building the bridge.

Explanation:

The option that best summarizes the central idea of this excerpt is option B "The mayor commemorates and gives praise to those who were killed while building the bridge".

This can be seen in the excerpt when the Mayor of the city of Brooklyn said they should recall with kindness the work of the people who contributed to the building of the bridge but had died.

Therefore, the correct option is B.
