Im going to assume that the two on the right hand side of the X is an exponant. With this all you have to do is combine like terms. So take 9x^2 - 2x^2 to get 7x^2. Then take 8x - 3x to get 5x. Then combine the two answers together to get 7x2+5x.

$(9x^{2} + 8x)-(2x^{2} + 3x)$

Remove parentesis

$9x^{2} + 8x-2x^{2} -3x$

Combine like terms

$9x^{2} -2x^{2} + 8x -3x$

$7x^{2} + 5x$
