to identify logical flaws in Amena’s counterclaim.

During the debate Amena is Jonas's opponent. He needs to actively listen to her speech so that he can best deliver a counterclaim that squashes her viewpoint. One of the best ways to do that is to point out any logical flaws she has in her argument. This would be the best way to defeat her in a debate because Jonas would be turning Amena's own words against her. The other options would not help Jonas win the debate as they would not show any flaws in the reasoning behind her position.

Why did Priest change the spelling of some words in the “Verde” limerick?
Aleksandr [31]

Answer:

"Limericks are intended to give entertainment by making the listeners laugh. Part of that is to make the end syllables rhyme. Additionally, the words themselves even without their meaning should sound like its making fun of the subject. It is for these reasons that the priest changes the spelling of some words."
